No, UNI operates exclusively as a B2B (business-to-business) marketplace and does not engage in sales to the general public. To gain access to the platform and its offerings, all users are required to pass a Business KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

Where are the diamonds located?

Diamonds are located in different locations such as Hong Kong, India, Israel, USA, etc.

How can I track my orders?

You can track your orders through your account dashboard, where all transaction details and statuses are updated in real time. Additionally, you can monitor your orders through the "My Orders" screen. You can also receive notifications by email and WhatsApp to stay updated on all your orders.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there is no minimum order quantity. You can purchase diamonds according to your specific needs.

Are all diamonds on the website available for purchase?

All the diamonds you see on the website are available for purchase. There are negligible chances that another buyer places the order for the same diamond at the same time and the diamonds become unavailable.

How often is the inventory updated?

Our inventory is updated in real-time, ensuring you have access to all the live available diamonds.

What if I want to cancel the order?

Once the order is approved, the purchase is final (mazal) and cannot be canceled. In the case you want to QC the stone, the purchase is pending the QC result.

How will I know if the purchase is confirmed?

Once UNI gets ahold of the stone, we will inform you that the purchase is confirmed (mazal) and start processing the shipment.

Can we change the shipping address?

Yes, the shipping address can be changed, as long as it is in the same country. The shipping fee is subject to change as per the location.

Can I pick up the diamond at your office/pick-up locations?

Yes, you can choose to pick up the diamond at our office/pick-up locations

Why is the order rejected?

An order may be rejected due to several reasons such as

  • The diamond was already sold.
  • The quality of the diamond didn’t match the exact details requested

Who are your shipping partners?

UNI’s entire logistics are provided by Malca-Amit, for international and domestic shipping.

Can I put a diamond on hold?

Not at the moment.

Do you make quality checks for diamonds?

Yes, we conduct physical quality checks (QC) upon request, and according to your criteria, to make sure you will only get what you need.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payment via credit/debit card, wire transfer, ACH, and Zelle. Specific details can be provided upon request.

Who pays the bank wire charges?

All the bank wire charges including the inter-mediatory bank charges are to be borne by the buyer. Paying by ACH without extra charges is available.

When will I get my invoice?

Invoices will be shared depending on your location and the payment method selected at checkout. Usually, your invoice will be shared once the stone is ready to be shipped.

Do you charge extra for insurance?

Every shipment is covered with insurance, door to door - powered by Malca-Amit.
